Maaike Fobelets

Maaike Fobelets is a lecturer at MILO and a postdoctoral researcher at the VUB. She has a background in midwifery and holds a PhD in social health sciences. She teaches healthcare didactics at MILO, and qualitative research methodology at the research master in gerontology and for FLAMES. Her research is focussed on user experience, education (digitalisation and simulation in healthcare), health literacy, and vulnerability in pregnancy.
